Provides clinical workflow data, intake patterns, and operational documentation used by the Clinical Advisory Council during early framework iteration. Participation is informational and does not constitute recognition, accreditation, or endorsement.

Scope — Ambulatory functional rehabilitation and applied performance services within a defined patient population.

• Operates under existing professional and regulatory frameworks applicable to its scope of practice.
• Participates in periodic framework review sessions convened by AMHA.
• Submits structured implementation observations to the Clinical Advisory Council.

Designation as a Founding Demonstration Site is institutional. It does not represent accreditation, certification, licensure, regulatory approval, or any clinical or commercial endorsement by AMHA.
